This is an important point I feel many startup founders don't understand enough. Many entrepreneurs feel like their brand needs to take off immediately (within the first couple years) or else it won't work - which is definitely not the case. Some of the most biggest companies in the world have been a culmination of years and years of work - FedEX, Amazon, Tesla and ESPN didn't make a dollar their first 5 years. Long term thinking is the way.
